  This is not feed back on food, this is purely customer service feedback. I attended a function for an 80 th birthday party. There were 2 staff and despite there being a queue, one was just out collecting glasses. They ran out of bottled Diet Coke within an hour and had no more on the premises. Asked if we could purchase the large bottle which was behind the bar but we we refused, but we're happy to charge per glass I asked for a glass of ice and was told they don't give out ice unless you buy a drink. After pointing out drinks had been purchsed all evening they reluctantly gave me a small of ice. Is this good customer service? No, it's disgraceful. You need to stock the bar accordingly, no one should have to be waiting for more than a few minutes to served.

  I took my entire Nursery Staff for their Christmas do on Saturday and I must say the food was the best that we have had in all the years of Christmas do's.
  The manager Mr Farid was very friendly and helpful and the waiters and waitresses were very professional. The banqueting suite was decorated beautifully. All in all it was a very lovely night and a brilliant time was had by everyone. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to dining there again soon. This is a definite venue of choice for my company!!! Excellent
